The price of a fence varies considerably based on how many feet and what style and height you choose. A basic side by side 6′ tall privacy fence costs approximately $35/LF. A standard 1/2 acre lot typically has 100 LF – 150 LF.
The best way to answer that is to have a team member assess your property. Most cities in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex have fence guidelines and your HOA might have additional specifications as well.
This depends on how many linear feet, height, and what style. 100 LF takes two days. Day one our team will likely set posts and tear down existing fence if applicable. Day two we install the pickets and rails

When you purchase a property, there is a survey that should show your property line versus the fence line. Which side of the property line the fence is on, is who owns the fence. Even if the fence is your fence, if you share with a neighbor, we recommend letting them know if you are planning to replace the fence.
You can build the fence with stair steps or follow the ground contour. The style of fence and degree of slope need to be considered.
Each fence comes with a different type or warranty or guarantee of performance. For example, our gate operators come with a MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. Wooden fences come with a ONE-YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY. Ornamental iron fences carry a MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.
